Hello! A mortgage loan is one of the most significant financial endeavors most of us will undertake. Whether it`s your first or subsequent mortgage, helping you navigate smoothly through the process is my first priority. I know buying a home is a major step and my goal as a Mortgage Broker is to always paint clear picture of what to expect and communicate clearly and promptly when problem-solving required. Born and raised in the Ural Mountains, Russia, I received my first BA of Finance and Credit. After moving to the United States, I graduated from Colorado Heights University where I received another BA in International Business. My background in management, financing and sales has well prepared me to successfully identify the best financing option that meets your needs and goals.
I truly enjoy the rewarding experience of meeting all kind of people and helping them realize their financial and homeownership dreams. Even if you don’t qualify now, I will help you to get on track to make it a reality in the future. I am fluent in English and Russian. I have lived in the Denver metro Area since 2007 with my husband and two beautiful kids. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, happy hour with friends, the sounds of great music, practicing yoga and seeking adventure in the outdoors. Wither you buying home or refinancing your current mortgage I would answer any questions you may have, but also would love to get to know you and your personal needs. I absolutely love explaining the lending process, what types of loans to consider, current rates and financing questions of any type.
