My Story
With over 30 years in the real estate and mortgage industry, I’ve just about seen it all—booms, busts, and everything in between. I’ve worked in nearly every role in the business, from real estate assistant to title closer to loan processor and closer. But for the last 24 years, I’ve found my true calling as a Loan Originator—and I absolutely love it.
My mission? To make your home financing experience smooth, successful, and as stress-free as possible. Whether you’re buying your very first home, upgrading to your dream home, investing in property, or refinancing to save thousands, I’ll walk you through every step. I specialize in Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA, and I work with only the best lenders in the country to ensure your loan closes on time—with no last-minute surprises.

Moe Oppenneer is definitely the person to use if you're buying or refinancing a house. I purchased a home in 2003 (a little scary being a single bartender) and Moe was there for every step of the process. Whether it was finding the right house or neighborhood, interest rates, timing, requirements, loan type...you name it....Moe supplied me with the facts I needed to make an informed decision. I've used Moe two additional times to refinance since that purchase. The first refinancing got me into a good fixed rate (the original loan was an arm with a GREAT rate but I wanted a fixed rate). For the second refinancing, Moe contacted me when the time was right and got me a GREAT fixed rate I'll be thrilled with for the duration of my loan. Moe knew from the beginning what I ideally wanted in a mortgage and she stayed in contact with me over the years to ensure I got what I wanted. I did! I think every home buyer/refinancer has something unusual or challenging regarding their loan that requires special attention. Moe attacks those issues until there's a speedy resolution.
